Same Product, Different Price Tag
The price of an injectable depends a lot on where it is sold. In many European and Asian markets, prices are regulated, so the same syringe of filler can cost far less there than it does through a local U.S. supplier. The product is made in the same facility and filled from the same batches. Only the price on the invoice is different.
That price gap is what we work with. We buy from licensed distributors in regulated international markets, including Europe and Korea, and pass the difference on to your practice. We don’t use gray-market sellers or unverified middlemen, and we never buy stock whose origin we can’t document.
A lower price is where our savings come from. It is never a reason to question the authenticity of the product.
Myths vs. Facts
Practitioners who are new to international sourcing often come to us with the same concerns. Here is how they hold up:
MYTH If it costs less, it must be a copy.
FACT The savings come from regional pricing, not from the product. What you receive is the original, made by the same brand that’s named on the label.
MYTH Foreign-language packaging is a warning sign.
FACT Not in this case. A box sourced from Europe or Korea carries the labeling of the market it was made for. Inside is the identical product, with the same LOT and expiry information any original unit carries.
MYTH There’s no way to check where an online order came from.
FACT Every unit has logistic chain behind it. LOT numbers or sourcing documentation, a genuine product always carries a trace. Our team is happy to walk you through this process, providing additional reassurance as we describe each step of the way. We also do checks against our supply chain, to locate issues that might have taken place at any point during storage, handling and distribution.
MYTH Wholesale suppliers split packs or repackage units.
FACT We ship complete, manufacturer sealed units only. We don’t divide, attach different labels, or rebox anything.
MYTH A smaller practice gets different stock than a large clinic.
FACT Everyone buys from the same inventory, at the same wholesale pricing, with no minimum order.

When Your Order Arrives
Orders typically leave our facility within 24 hours, and you can follow your shipment the whole way. When the package reaches you, take a minute to open it and check three things: the original packaging is sealed, the LOT number (where available), or expiry date, are printed and legible, and the product matches what you ordered. If all three check out, you’re good to go.
Some products are stocked in temperature controlled conditions, and shipped in insulated packaging. If anything feels off, make sure to consult our support team. We will either reassure you of the integrity of the product, or immediately issue a refund or a replacement.
