Shipping is now FREE on all orders over $800! All other orders incur a $50 shipping charge.

Our Shipping Policy

Any order placed through Medical Spa Rx is shipped out the same day the order is placed, provided the product is in stock, your account is verified and the order is placed before 6:00EST. Your orders through Medical Spa Rx ship only with express shipping companies, which ensures you get your goods in a timely manner without every having to worry about how your package has been treated. When shipping, your goods are taken care of the way they should be. Even when we do not charge you for shipping, we spend the extra money to ship your goods with a courier because we do our very best to make sure you get your order safely and quickly. Just because you are getting a great price does not mean you should have to compromise on the service that you receive.

Shipping and Returns Policy

Shipping

When you place an order from Medical Spa RX, as long as you order before 6:00 PM EST, the product is in stock, and your account is verified, your package will ship the same day or the next business day. To ensure you receive your products quickly and in good condition, we use express shipping companies to deliver your package. Even when you spend more than $800 and qualify for free shipping, we still use express shipping options to ensure you receive the best service possible.

Most orders under $800 will incur a $50 shipping charge, but most orders over $800 ship absolutely free. There may be exceptions depending on your location. If you have any questions or concerns about shipping costs to your location, contact one of our friendly customer service associates for help.

Returns

In the unlikely event you are unhappy with the products you receive, you may qualify for a refund.

For refrigerated products Medical Spa Rx will issue refunds only if:

  1. When you made your purchase, we misrepresented the product packaging.
  2. When you received your package, it was warm or hot, above 8° C.
  3. Your product arrived damaged.
  4. When you initially used the product, it was proven inactive.

If you are inquiring about returning a refrigerated product, you must keep the product in the refrigerator, or freezer if applicable, until we review your request. If and when we authorize a return, you must ship the product back in similar packaging to what it was delivered in. This may include a styrofoam box containing ice packs and placed inside another cardboard box.

If we determine you should receive a refund, you may choose either to receive a full refund or have your order, or part of your order, re-shipped.

Since we sell medical products, among others, we cannot guarantee we will accept returns or offer refunds in all circumstances. However, we will work with you as best we can to ensure you are a satisfied customer.
