The referral program is available to registered Medical Spa Rx clients.
Who can I refer?
You can refer only licensed medical professionals, including dermatologists, plastic surgeons, nurses, nurse practitioners, medical spa owners, orthopedic specialists, gynecologists, and other healthcare providers. The following licenses are accepted: MD, DO, DMD, DDS, DPM, PA, NP, ARNP, APRN, FNP, APN, and DVM.
What reward do I receive for a successful referral?
You will receive $800 in account credit when your referral reaches $2,000 in total purchases.
The credit can be used toward any product available on Medical Spa Rx.
How is the $2,000 spending requirement calculated?
Your referral’s purchases accumulate across multiple orders until they reach a total of $2,000 in completed purchases.
Once this threshold is met, your referral reward is added to your account.
How will I receive my $800 credit?
Once your referral reaches the required purchase amount, $800 in account credit will automatically be applied to your Medical Spa Rx account. Your account manager will let you know when your reward is assigned.
Can the credit be transferred or redeemed for cash?
No. Referral rewards are issued as account credit and cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another account.
How do I submit a referral?
You can refer a colleague in two ways:

Can I refer more than one colleague?
Yes. You can refer multiple licensed medical professionals. For each referral that reaches $2,000 in purchases, you will receive $800 in account credit.
Does my referral need to place one $2,000 order?
No. The $2,000 requirement can be reached through multiple smaller orders placed over time.
What happens if my colleague is already a Medical Spa Rx customer?
Referral rewards apply only to new clients who have not previously placed an order with Medical Spa Rx.
Can my referral also participate in the referral program?
Yes. Once they become a Medical Spa Rx client, they can also refer other licensed medical professionals and earn referral rewards.
