Can I authorize someone to order on my behalf?

To make your ordering easier, you can authorize someone from your team (e.g., your assistant) to place an order on your behalf. To do this, you’ll need to complete an authorization form that identifies the person you’re authorizing. Contact us to learn more about this option.

What currency do you use?

All prices listed on our website are in U.S. dollars.

Which payment method do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express credit cards. Google and Apple Pay are currently only available via a direct link provided by your account manager.

For all payments, we use PCI DSS-compliant systems to ensure your transaction is processed safely.

How much do you charge for shipping?

For orders below $1000, there is a $100 shipping charge. For all orders over $1000, enjoy free shipping.

How long does the shipping take?

Most U.S. orders are processed within 24 hours and arrive within 3–4 business days, so you can expect to receive your products fast. We’ll send you tracking number within 24 hours after shipping. Guaranteed delivery time is 14 days, or you get a refund/replacement.

Please note: If you use Group Buy, your order will ship once the minimum quantity is met.

When will I get my order?

Order processing takes 24-48 hours, and the U.S delivery on average takes 3 to 4 business days. You will get your tracking number within 24 hours of shipping.

If you use our Group Buy order option, your order is shipped once the total orders meet the minimum required amount. If, for some reason stock is not immediately available when you place an order, we will let you know.

What happens if something goes wrong in shipping, or my order gets stuck in customs?

We’ve got your back. If a shipment is delayed or arrives warm due to customs, you’re protected by our Delivery Guarantee and Refund & Replacement Policy. For anything else, just contact your dedicated account manager.

What’s the difference between English and non-English packaging?

Although the language on the box may differ, the product inside remains the same in terms of ingredients, quality, and performance. The only difference is the price, as non-English versions frequently cost less due to regional pricing rules. Whenever possible, we offer both English and non-English packaging so you can choose what works best for your practice.
