Bocouture® 100U (Xeomin) should be stored in an environment at room temperature before use. To reconstitute the solution, mix the botulinum toxin with saline solution. To understand the needs of your patients and their desired results, complete a facial assessment before you begin the procedure. When you are ready to proceed with the procedure, simply inject the filler beneath the targeted wrinkle into the underlying muscle. This injection will temporarily suspend muscle movement to flatten the surface of the skin and prevent creasing.
